Executive intelligence
The intelligence layer between your inbox
and your attention.
VERSO connects to Gmail and Google Calendar, identifies the conversations that genuinely require your attention, gives you a truthful daily orientation, and lets you ask grounded questions about your work context.
VERSO is onboarding a small number of businesses directly. To ask about access, write to contact@versolab.ai — a person reads that address.
The problem
Your inbox tells you what arrived.
It doesn’t tell you what you’ve dropped.
Email is very good at announcing arrival and very bad at tracking obligation. Nothing in a mailbox marks the thread you fully intended to answer five weeks ago. An unread count measures what showed up, not what is owed. A message you have already opened looks handled.
So the failure is never loud. It is silent omission — a client, a contract or a decision that quietly stopped being visible while everything around it kept moving. You don’t discover it when it happens. You discover it later, from the other side.
Know who is waiting on you — before something important gets buried.
Who it’s for
Owners and executives without an assistant watching the inbox.
VERSO is built for people who run relationship-driven businesses on Google Workspace — where the work arrives as correspondence, the obligations live in threads, and there is no chief of staff reading the mailbox on their behalf. It is a business product, used by the account holder on their own mailbox and calendar.
How VERSO works
Connect → Understand → Orient → Ask
- 01ConnectGmail + Google Calendar
You authorise read-only access to your own Google account. VERSO asks for the narrowest scopes that let it do the job, and for nothing else.
- 02UnderstandOne interpretation
VERSO reads message and event details — who wrote, to whom, about what, when, and whether you replied — and works out which conversations are genuinely waiting on you, and which are newsletters, notifications and noise.
- 03OrientYour Desk · Today
Your Desk shows who is waiting and what they actually asked, in their words. Today gives you a truthful orientation for the day, including what is already committed on your calendar.
- 04AskAsk VERSO
Ask who is waiting on you, what someone said about a topic, or what is on your schedule — and get an answer built from your connected evidence, not from a language model’s guess.
Your Desk, Today and Ask VERSO all read the same interpretation. They cannot contradict each other, because there is only one — and it is the same one VERSO will show you the evidence for.
What VERSO asks for
Every permission VERSO requests, and why.
gmail.readonlycalendar.readonlyopenid · emailThese four are the only Google permissions VERSO requests, and Gmail and Calendar are authorised separately — connecting one does not connect the other. The full detail — what is stored, for how long, and how to remove it — is in the Privacy Policy, and the terms of use are in the Terms of Service.
Trust
What VERSO will never do to your account.
- Read-only, both servicesVERSO holds read-only Google access. There is no send, write, modify or delete permission anywhere in the product.
- It does not touch your mailVERSO does not send, modify, delete, label or archive Gmail messages. It reads, and it tells you what it found.
- It does not touch your calendarVERSO does not create, modify or delete Calendar events. It reads your schedule to understand your day, and leaves it exactly as it is.
- Conclusions trace back to evidenceEvery conclusion traces back to the underlying message or event it came from. When VERSO says someone is waiting on you, it can show you which thread said so.
- Honest unknown statesWhen VERSO doesn’t know, it says so. It will tell you that something isn’t connected, or that it has no evidence either way, rather than filling the gap with a confident guess.
- You can disconnect at any timeEach service disconnects independently from inside the product. Disconnecting revokes VERSO’s access with Google and deletes the stored credential.
